After visiting Paraguay early in January, we hopped over the Andes to Chile for a week of bicycling along Chile’s Pacific coast and inland vineyards in the Casablanca Valley (white wines) and Maipo Valley (red wines).  We also spent several days in the capital of Chile, Santiago, staying in the lovely Lastarria neighborhood.  Stephanie experienced travelling with her in-laws.
