2014 was a year of ups and downs — a year of passages. 
On the up side, Matt got married to Stephanie and we did some enjoyable travelling. John’s parents also finally moved out of their house and into assisted living. On the down side, John’s Mom passed away in September.

Hi Paula and John,
I finally got around to having time to really go through this wonderful blog. It is a great way to fill in the details of your year and I really enjoyed it. We are in our little condo now in Florida till Mid March. Our kids wanted to come to Disney Christmas party so we joined them and actually had a lovely Florida Christmas. Not being the host and doing all the work is not all bad is it?
